Ariel Waite

Ariel was amazing! She was there for all my finance and I's needs, every step of the way. I have a pretty busy schedule and don't get off until late in day and she was always there to show us properties or answer questions. She was also very knowledgeable about the various areas we were looking to buy in. If we ever buy another house in Colorado Springs we will definitely be using her again and we would highly recommend her to others for all their realtor needs.

Mackenzie Mitchell

Mackenzie was by far the easiest person to work with. She had no issue making the commute from the Springs to the Denver Metro where we were looking. She is extremely responsive and makes sure that you are of top priority! We ended up with the best home we could find! 4bd 3 full bath ranch with a full basement right under 3k in finished sq. I have been in the home how 4 months and not only does she check in she sends us area specific coupons that ROCK. Mackenzie is amazing and will forever be a part of lives. So so grateful for her!

An amazing realtor who listened to our wants and needs from day one. We wanted enough space and enough bedrooms but no HOA or other fees, and she found what worked for us in our budget. Never tried to pressure us into bigger or more expensive homes. She worked with us all hours of the day to communicate about new listings and scheduling viewings. We found our dream home with Ariel, she found us all of our desires in our new home, and got us all the best bangs for our bucks! Highly recommend her for all your future home buying needs!

We closed on our forever home in Colorado Springs yesterday. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Mackenzie! We are moving from out of state and Mackenzie was phenomenal - she did a ton of behind-the-scenes stuff to make our home buying experience absolutely flawless! She's given us great resources to help us make our house a home. She went above and beyond to get information for us and was super responsive and accommodated our crazy schedule. We absolutely adore Mackenzie and are so grateful to already have a friend in town. We hope to never move again, but if we ever need anything, we will definitely contact Mackenzie!
