I have used GRH loans a few times. Always a great experience. It's the only way to go with obtaining a loan. I first connected with Katrina Zagars because I needed testimony in family court speaking to the value of my marital home. When it came time to sell the house, Katrina was my choice because of the professionalism she displayed on the stand and her complete understanding of my situation. Throughout the process of selling the home, we came across challenges doing so when a high conflict divorce is considered. She remained calm and professional, she basically held my hand through a really difficult and at times frustrating experience (that was no fault of hers). She got things done in a timely and cost efficient manner. I am more than satisfied with how much of a profit we were able to get from the sale. I appreciate how Katrina broke down every offer received so I could understand the pros and cons of each one. Katrina went above and beyond by essentially cleaning up a mess that was left and she was kind and generous enough to ship many of my belongings to me across the country. I only wish I could have Katrina as my realtor out here on the east coast. She's truly magnificent and amazing at what she does.
