Jennifer McDowell

We had a great experience with Jennifer as first time VA homebuyers! From the beginning, she walked us through the process and was very flexible with scheduling showings/calls. Once we were under contract, Jennifer did everything in her power to help us through negotiations, inspections, and broker coordination with a difficult seller. Although at times we weren't sure if we would actually close on the house due to the sellers, we ultimately did close on our home and have no regrets. We would highly recommend Jennifer for those in the Colorado Springs area looking for a flexible and responsive realtor that will be by your side throughout the homebuying process.

We would NOT recommend this agent for multiple reasons. She doesn't screen her buyers very well and enjoyed wasting people's time. Expect her to not answer her phone or text messages. If you set an appointment don't expect her to be on time.

Jennifer McDowell

I truly enjoyed working with Jennifer McDowell, as my realtor on this land acquisition deal. There are a lot of unknowns when purchasing raw land for future development. Jennifer was very responsive to questions, and quick to provide answers with the assistance of their companies depth of expertise. I had tried searching for raw land, on my own, on the internet prior to hiring Jennifer, with little luck. She was able to provide a selection of lots, with the criteria I requested, in a short amount of time. . I can confidently say the Jennifer McDowell is the reason I found the ideal land, and I couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding service.

Mackenzie was amazing from the first time I met her at an open house. I wasn't ready to purchase, just trying to do some research. We got to talking and that afternoon she showed me a house. 4 months later she seamlessly guided me through the purchase of my new home. Her communication was top notch! When I had a question, she always made sure she had the answer. She is super hard working and just fun to work with. I didn't just find the perfect home for me, but I found a friend along the way!

We had been working with MacKenzie for about two years in hopes to find the perfect cabin. She was always up to check out places with us and would make time for us whenever something potential would come up. She has been so much fun getting to know and we truly enjoyed our time we spent with her. She always had a professional and positive attitude and went the extra mile when it came to providing information on properties we would look at. She has great communication and would respond to us immediately. If she didn't know the answer she would work diligently to fine out for us. Once we finally went under contract, she kept us informed with processes and status of the sale. She spent countless hours helping us over the past two years and we were so grateful we met her as she found us our cabin that we will cherish forever!
