We have used Rachel Stevens to sell our house in Colorado. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and made both buying and selling a breeze. We are so thankful for her and her team. I highly recommend her and would use her again if we are ever back in Colorado. She was able to help us sell our home for an awesome price even though we had only been in the house for a year. Anytime we had a question, she got back to us ASAP.
