Amy is a total ROCKSTAR. She was recommended by a friend and am so grateful for that. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable in her field, she is aggressive, very responsive and was available to us even at crazy hours. She guided us through every step which was of great relief. With Amy you can rest at ease knowing she has everything under control at all times and she has your best interests in mind. Thank you Amy for the great work!!!

Amy is amazing! We contacted her after 7 years to attend an open house with us. We decided to put in an offer and she sprang into action. Our offer was accepted and within days Amy had us ready to sell our current home. She's not pushy and will advise and offer insight but will also honor your wishes. Our most recent buy/sell experience has had some bumps along the way but Amy is masterful in her navigation. She's the living embodiment of "if there's a will there's a way." She is frank and will do what it takes to ensure you get a fair deal. I will recommend Amy any time anyone needs a realtor. And if I'm ever in the market to buy or sell again, I only pray that Amy is available.

Ariel Waite

Ariel was amazing. She was able to accommodate our sporadic work schedule, being available everyday to show us properties. Her knowledge of the processes and willingness to answer all our questions made everything go smoothly. Ariel was able to show us more properties then other relators providing a superior experience, putting me more at ease and making the processes less stressful. Ariel was always available to answer our questions even after hours. Ariel went above and beyond helping with a difficult personal matter which if she had not I do not believe we would have closed on the house. She was absolutely incredible and I'll defiantly use Ariel in the future with purchasing or selling properties.

My job in the military had me moving every two years so when I wanted to buy my 6th house I took a chance and used the husband/wife team of Gary and Amy. I could have not been more pleased. They both answered emails, showed up for everything, and generally cared about not only what I wanted but what was good for my family. They knew all about the new and old neighborhoods in the city and what was planning to be put in and around each neighborhood. I would recommend these two to anyone that wants not just one person but a team of people to look out for you, your family, and your wellbeing

As a 1st time homebuyer, Amy & her amazing team of professionals helped in EVERY way possible from the moment I met them, not only did Amy exemplify confidence, knowledge and professionalism in my house search but she took the time to hear what I needed to fit my family circumstances. On the first day we went out, we found my new home & I felt secure in my purchase because Amy guided me from a distance (I made the purchase from WA state) & she explained the loan process & contract terms/ deadlines .. it was as though I felt like I was her only and most valuable client. With being new to the state (less than 1yr) she was also able to recommend a variety of service professionals because ranging from carpet cleaners to plumbers. I trust Amy, she truly is GOOD people.
