Amy was one of the absolute best realtors I've ever worked with. My husband and I were buying our house sight unseen (moving from a few states away & the wild market meant we couldn't be in Colorado to see the houses before they'd be off the market again), and Amy talked us through every house, visited quite a few and gave us honest opinions and feedback - which was invaluable- especially in our position. Amy are the process super easy and I'd recommend her to literally everyone!!

It's difficult to choose a realtor in preparation for a cross-country move. It's even more difficult to be confident that you're making the right decision. With Tyler, from the moment we were introduced in our first FaceTime call, we felt like old friends. I felt comfortable and confident that he was the right agent to address all of our concerns about moving to a new area. Tyler also has impressive technical skills as a realtor, which meshed well with my husband and I during our buying process. He steered us away from a few houses that were quite obviously wrong for us during video tours. His deep knowledge of the Colorado Springs area, coupled with his fantastic technical skills, makes him an exceptional buyer's representative. Tyler's negotiation skills, immediate and friendly responsiveness on the phone and amount of care he invests into his clients truly makes for an extraordinary working relationship. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone I know looking to buy or sell in the local area.
