I can't say enough great things about Alysia! She has been awesome from the beginning when I decided to sell my townhouse after 26 years to helping my daughter and I buy a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the mountains! She communicated regularly, she was always available day or night to answer questions; if she didn't know the answer she would seek out her team for help and get back to us very quickly; she kept us on track for a 25 day closing on my townhouse and a 17 day closing on our new house! Although our offer on the new house was not the highest offer presented, the seller accepted our offer due in large part to Alysia's excellent contract writing skills. The seller appreciated how detailed and cleanly layed out and understandable the contract was written! Alysia is a true professional and so much fun to work with. I will recommend her first every time!

Working with Alysia was such a blessing. We bought our first ever home with Alysia. She was patient with me and my fiance while we learned what we truly wanted in a house. She worked diligently in scouting out houses we liked in neighborhoods we wanted (which we were pretty picky about) and was always supportive with our decisions. Because we were so novice to the house-buying process, we had a ton of questions, and Alysia was very communicative and helpful in giving us answers and resources for us to educate ourselves. She kept us informed throughout the whole process which was especially comforting while we were under contract. When we got the keys to our house, it felt like such a personable experience getting to share our excitement with Alysia. I was nervous to buy a house, but working with Alysia turned that into a proud confidence. She has a good heart and it comes through in her work.
