Alysia was outstanding as our realtor. This was our first time selling a home, so we had very little experience other than some personal research prior to listing and speaking with a realtor. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. She was also very upfront and honest about what to expect and how the process would go. She was very patient with us as we had many questions. She was always responsive no matter the time of day when we needed her advice or had questions. She is an absolute professional that is completely committed to providing her customers with top notch service. Her negotiating skills are superb as she negotiated with the buyers on our behalf to act in our best interests. She always kept us informed every step of the way to put any stress at ease that comes with selling a house.
