Katrina has been patient, understanding, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest while we have had the ups and downs of selling our home and looking for a new one. No question is to silly and no ask is to big, she has been consistent and there for us through the whole process, and able to help us navigate setbacks and unexpected change of plans. I have no doubt I will find our dream home with her help, the only downside being I won't be able to work with her once it's done! As someone coming from a not great previous realtor with the buying of our first home years ago, I am so grateful to have found her

Katie did a very good helping my fiancee and I buy our first home. She is very knowledgeable but also has very thorough resources that helped us feel comfortable that with the home we purchased. She is on top of paperwork and communication. She also did a great job negotiating with a company that was not flexible who we were buying the home from.

Mackenzie made first time home buying a breeze. One day looking at houses for fun, and then the next day closing on my first house. I couldn't ask for better realtor and a friend. She was available any time of day, and even worked through her pregnancy. She showed great work ethic, great communication, and went above and beyond what I could've asked for.
