I can't say enough great things about Alysia! She has been awesome from the beginning when I decided to sell my townhouse after 26 years to helping my daughter and I buy a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the mountains! She communicated regularly, she was always available day or night to answer questions; if she didn't know the answer she would seek out her team for help and get back to us very quickly; she kept us on track for a 25 day closing on my townhouse and a 17 day closing on our new house! Although our offer on the new house was not the highest offer presented, the seller accepted our offer due in large part to Alysia's excellent contract writing skills. The seller appreciated how detailed and cleanly layed out and understandable the contract was written! Alysia is a true professional and so much fun to work with. I will recommend her first every time!
