Working with Alysia was such a blessing. We bought our first ever home with Alysia. She was patient with me and my fianc? while we learned what we truly wanted in a house. She worked diligently in scouting out houses we liked in neighborhoods we wanted (which we were pretty picky about) and was always supportive with our decisions. Because we were so novice to the house-buying process, we had a ton of questions, and Alysia was very communicative and helpful in giving us answers and resources for us to educate ourselves. She kept us informed throughout the whole process which was especially comforting while we were under contract. When we got the keys to our house, it felt like such a personable experience getting to share our excitement with Alysia. I was nervous to buy a house, but working with Alysia turned that into a proud confidence. She has a good heart and it comes through in her work.

My husband and I were living in Florida and wanting to move to Colorado Springs. Unfortunately we were trying in troubled times (Covid 19) which left it difficult to do air travel. Fortunately we found Katie Jefferson to be our eyes! Katie was highly professional and had great knowledge of the market ( which was one of the hottest markets in the US) which led us to a home purchase site unseen!! Katie went out of her way to video homes we were interested in. She would video neighborhoods so we were aware of our potential surroundings. Not only was she attentive to our needs she touched base with us on a daily bases. Because of her knowledge, professionalism and confidence we trusted Katie to find us our home site unseen. She delivered!! We cannot thank Katie enough for her kindness and help. I highly recommend Katie Jefferson to anyone who would like a seamless transaction with a professional knowledgeable realtor that provides the best of the best in customer service.

I have had the pleasure or working with Katie during the purchase of my new home, and she will absolutely be the first person I call if I am searching again. Her quick response to my texts, emails, and phone calls proved to me that she was willing to do what is needed to show me what I wanted to see. She definitely listened to our wants and needs in the house we were looking for. She never tried to show me something that I wasn't interested in and ALWAYS STAYED WITHIN MY BUDGET (no, Caps Lock wasn't on). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone.
