Words cannot express how fantastic Amy is. She goes above and beyond in all aspects of the buying process. She is always ready to do whatever it takes. I've bought and sold a lot of homes. Each time, I kept hearing one thing that irritated me. "Thats not my job." Amy never said that. She always just figured it out. She has a bucket of competent and trustworthy vendors to fix just about anything. No other realtor I've worked with has that kind of network. Honestly, most realtors I've worked with make under $100k a year. Thats a trigger for me. Trust me. You get what you pay for with Amy. She provides GOLD level service that I know I deserve.

Mackenzie Mitchell

Mackenzie' s help throughout the home buying process took the stress out of buying our forever home. We were on a strict timeline and needed to secure our home before moving back to the States. I flew in from Germany with only a few days to look at homes and put in an offer. The first major snag we hit was not having a prequalification or pre-approval letter from NFCU despite starting the process with them 3 1/2 weeks prior to flying out. Mackenzie stepped up and said she knew a really good guy who could get it done quickly......and she was right!!!! James (from Zillow did in 7hrs what NFCU couldn't do in 21 days! Mackenzie negotiated the asking price on our behalf and our offer was accepted shortly after. A couple of days later, I flew back to Germany. Mackenzie and her team's communication with us was seamless despite the 8hr time difference. Her knowledge of the VA loan maximized our concessions to the point of receiving a check at closing that allowed us to pay down a car loan. WHAT!? I did not know this was even a thing : ) Mackenzie was highly responsive, easy to work with, and had a solution for every concern that came up. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
